                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S 
                   OFFICE TO FILE CIVIL ACTIONS AGAINST THE 
                   HEREINBELOW NAMED INDIVIDUALS TO COLLECT 
                   CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF ACCIDENTS.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City Attorney's Office be and is 
       hereby authorized to file civil actions against the hereinbelow 
       named individuals to collect claims arising out of accidents:
